ADHD Support Group for Parents and Carers of Children with ADHD, in Tottenham and Wood Green, North London, led by Morena Fiore

Hi, I'm Morena, ADHD mum

Late diagnosed ADHDer, I’m a mum of a boy with combined ADHD and I’ve been on this journey for a few years now.

I have been learning about ADHD in adults and children for a few years now, through books and talks and I’ve been supporting my son at home and at school.

After 2 years as Support Group Leader for Alopecia UK, I thought it was time to also start supporting parents and carers of my son’s school and local to me in Wood Green and Tottenham in North London, through monthly support groups.

Schools often do a great job of supporting our kids, but we then have the big job of continuing that support at home, after long days at work. Through chatting to each other, we can lower the burden, feel less alone and swap tips.

Where and When we meet

The next meeting is....

Wednesday 14 October 2026

When

Second Wednesday of Every month, 7pm - 9pm

Where

Westbury Avenue Baptist Church,84 Willingdon Rd, London N22 6QT

You don't need a diagnosis!
you can attend the group even if you are curious or have suspicion your child might have ADHD

What's a support group?

A support group is a welcoming space where people with similar experiences can come together, talk openly and feel understood.

For parents and carers of children with ADHD, it can be a chance to share the reality of daily life, ask questions, swap practical tips and hear from others who genuinely get it.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you come along. You can join in, listen quietly, ask for advice, or simply be in a room where you do not have to explain everything from scratch.

The ADHD Thread is here to offer connection, reassurance and practical support for families navigating ADHD, one conversation at a time.
